【摘要】:ThispartofISO10993providesgeneralrequirementsforevaluatingtheinteractionsofmedicadeviceswithblood.Itdescribesa)aclasscificationofmedicalanddentaldevicesthatareintendedforuseincontactwithblood,basedontheintendeduseanddurationofcontactasdefinedinISO10993-1,b)thefundamentalprinciplesgoverningtheevalutaionoftheinteractionofdeviceswithblood,c)therationaleforstructuredselecturedselectionoftestsaccordingtospecificcategories,togetherwiththeprinciplesandscientificbasisofthesetests.Detailedrequirementsfortestingcannotbespecifiedbecauseofthelimitationsinknowledgeandprecisionoftestsforinteractionsofdeviceswithblood.Futher,thispartofISO10993describesbiologicalevaluationingeneraltermsandmaynotnectssarilyprovidesufficientguidancefortestmethodsforaspecificdevice.Theselectionanddesignoftestmethodsshouldtakeintoconsiderationdevicedesign,materials,clinicalutility,usageenvironmentandriskbenefit.Thislevesofspecificitycanonlybecoveredinverticalstandards.
