【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60904describesthepreferredmethodfordeterminingtheequivalentcelltemperature(ECT)ofPVdevices(cells,modulesandarraysofonetypeofmodule),forthepurposesofcomparingtheirthermalcharacteristics,determiningNOCT(nominaloperatingcelltemperature)andtranslatingmeasuredI-Vcharacteristicstoothertemperatures.ThisstandardappliestolineardeviceswithlogarithmicVOCdependenceonirradianceandinstableconditions.Itmaybeusedforalltechnologiesbutonehastoverifythatthereisnopreconditioningeffectinfluencingthemeasurement.
